We went on vacation for a couple weeks and I bought this book to read to the boys. We are about 5 or 6 chapters into it, and we are loving it! It's a little over Brody's head, but Collin can't get enough of it. "Just one more page, mom!" I really like it too. It's always nice when I like the book that we are reading aloud. So far I give it a five stars. It's a great action/fantasy/adventure book for boys (and boy-moms.)
I will be posting more frequently now that we are back in town and kind of back on schedule.
Taryn loved that series, too! I think we have all the others if Collin wants to come raid our bookshelves. :) We're about to finish Dr. Doolittle (which your boys would LOVE, BTW) and then I think we're going to re-read all the Harry Potter books...in preparation for the HP7 (Part 1) movie coming out in November! Yippee!!!
